Dr. Michael Menachof is an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor and founder of Quello who has been practicing since 2001. After years of seeing patients cycle through medications that only dulled symptoms, he set out to find a better, more lasting solution. He began researching sublingual immunotherapy, a treatment designed to address the root cause of allergies rather than managing symptoms. He went on to become one of the first ENT doctors to offer allergy drops. The results were clear: patients improved, completed treatment, and reached lasting relief. Quello was created to make that level of care accessible anywhere.

Quello was built to make allergy freedom possible for everyone. We're a telehealth allergy practice specializing in sublingual immunotherapy (allergy drops), offering care throughout the United States. Quello focuses on true outcomes, not just symptom management.
We test your specific allergies, formulate personalized drops, and ship them directly to you. The routine is simple: three drops under the tongue each day. Michael R. Menachof, M.D., is an Ear, Nose and Throat physician with a passion for helping patients overcome their allergies long term. He’s a Fellow in the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and is recognized as the first physician in Colorado to treat environmental allergies with sublingual immunotherapy, or allergy drops. Over his 30-year career, Dr. Menachof has guided thousands of patients to lasting relief and allergy-free lives.
